Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading our organization and overseeing the implementation of our policies and programs. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other business software
