Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Minhas Micro Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to optimize packaging processes
- Coordinate and schedule packaging activities with other work units
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work in a brewery setting with exposure to beer and packaging equipment
- 30 hours per week
- English
