Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Minhas Micro Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
- Prepare production reports and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure smooth operations
- Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
