Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Paramount Agro Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the packaging operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions, to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity
  • Develop and implement measures to enhance product quality and reduce waste
  • Coordinate and schedule packaging activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting production targets
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support packaging operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in packaging or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
