Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at DSI Food Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the packaging operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support packaging operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
  • 30 hours per week
