What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Collections Team as a Collections Specialist. This role will involve communicating with clients to resolve outstanding invoices and disputed accounts, maintaining a detailed collection log, and following up with client requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding invoices and disputed accounts
  • Maintain a detailed collection log and provide updates and follow-up reminders
  • Follow through with client requests, adhering to firm policies and procedures
  • Email client statements on a monthly or as requested basis
  • Utilize strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Perform other accounting duties as required
What You Bring

An ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of collection experience from a legal or professional firm
  • Experience using 3E Collections, ARCS, or an equivalent collection software
  • College or university education or an accounting background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, efficient, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Customer service-oriented and able to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Confident and tactful to deal with clients and diverse personalities
