Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: MS Office, electronic mail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
