Retail Store Manager

EASY LIQUOR EDSON INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
