Retail Store Manager

EASY LIQUOR EDSON INC. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising displays, and maintain store appearance.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
