Retail Store Manager

EASY LIQUOR EDSON INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve product presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal product availability and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
