About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to define and build our strategic roadmap and vision for digital banking products. As a senior leader, you will craft a vision for the next generation of digital banking products while working in close partnership with the executive team to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product management, creating guard rails and best practices while providing leadership and mentoring to Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Grow, hire, train, and lead an incredible group of talented Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Partner and collaborate with Canadian financial leaders to understand where we can add value and help define our product vision.
  • Evolving and maturing our Product Management practices, tooling, approach, and methods.
  • Champion Design Thinking, Agile & DevOps culture, mindset, and processes.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management.
  • ~5+ years of senior leadership experience.
  • ~ MBA would be seen as an asset, but so would start-up experience.
  • Deep belief in customer-centric product design, with a focus on both customer empathy and data-driven product decisions.
  • Bring entrepreneurial attitude and drive, while shipping enterprise quality and scale products.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead change and introduce process improvement.
