Distribution Center Supervisor

Job Summary
Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Distribution Center to lead the day-to-day operations of our modern, multi-channel facility located in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operational excellence in our Distribution Center for the Ecommerce Fulfillment team - during our Day shift;
- Manage KPIs related to e-commerce operations and foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space;
- Supervise a team of roughly 20 Stock Processors as part of your shift that can scale up during peak times;
- Execute our industry leading measures to protect the health and safety of our people.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment;
- Good knowledge of a WMS Tool as well as Excel;
- Developed communication skills and the ability to partner, collaborate and lead in a highly diverse work environment;
- Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
