About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Distribution Center to lead our E-commerce Fulfillment team at our modern, multi-channel facility in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise operational excellence in our Distribution Center, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of e-commerce orders.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations, including inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of approximately 20 Stock Processors, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Implement industry-leading measures to protect the health and safety of our employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
