About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Distribution Center to lead our E-commerce Fulfillment team at our modern, multi-channel facility in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise operational excellence in our Distribution Center for the E-commerce Fulfillment team during our Day shift.
  • Manage KPIs related to e-commerce operations and foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space.
  • Supervise a team of roughly 20 Stock Processors as part of your shift that can scale up during peak times.
  • Execute our industry leading measures to protect the health and safety of our people.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
  • Good knowledge of a WMS Tool as well as Excel.
  • Developed communication skills and the ability to partner, collaborate and lead in a highly diverse work environment.
  • Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
