About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technician with advanced diagnostic skills to repair and maintain complex heavy truck and trailer systems. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and a strong mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on heavy truck and trailer systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Repair and maintain vehicles using industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, meeting Ryder's high standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a heavy truck and trailer service technician.
  • ASE certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of complex vehicle systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
