  • Cash Handling: Verify that all cash transactions are accurate and secure, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment efficiently and effectively.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions:

This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
