About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commodities Administrator to join our team at Brink's. As a key member of our precious metals storage business, you will work closely with our National Commodities Manager to develop and grow our storage business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our precious metals storage business
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate physical inventories, including serial numbers and weighing bars
  • Ensure compliance with Country Security Regulations (CSR) and maintain records for billing and administration purposes
  • Collaborate with operations and local security teams to ensure our storage meets all requirements
  • Conduct internal and external audits as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our precious metals clients
  • Prepare and send bar lists to fulfill daily trades

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day trading and analytical skills for reporting and balancing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle detailed instructions under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong internal and external customer focus
  • Ability to work flex hours as required
