About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Commodities Administrator to join our team at Brink's. As a key member of our precious metals storage business, you will work closely with our National Commodities Manager to develop and grow our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the National Commodities Manager to drive business growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future customers to identify long and short-term opportunities
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for all precious metal accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date physical inventories, including serial numbers and weighing data
  • Maintain accurate records for billing and administration purposes, including confirmation of trades and movements
  • Work closely with operations and local security to ensure our storage facilities meet all regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal and external audits as required, ensuring compliance with CSR regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various commodities clients
  • Prepare and send bar lists to fulfill daily trades as needed
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day trading practices
  • High analytical skills for reporting and balancing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex instructions under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong internal and external customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours as required
