About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commodities Administrator to join our team at Brink's. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Commodities Manager to develop our precious metal storage business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with current and future customers to identify long and short-term opportunities for precious metal storage.
  • Be a dedicated point of contact for all current and future precious metal accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical inventories, including serial numbers and weighing data.
  • Ensure compliance with Country Security Regulations (CSR) and work with operations and local security to maintain a secure storage environment.
  • Conduct internal and external audits as required, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Develop and maintain records for billing and administration purposes, including confirmation of trades and movements.

Requirements

  • Day-to-day trading knowledge and experience.
  • High analytical skills for reporting and balancing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle detailed instructions under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
