About the Role

This position is a key contributor to our team, stationed in Iqaluit, and requires relocation. As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in planning and leading business consulting activities, analyzing and delivering initiatives to improve business processes and performance, and documenting, planning, and ensuring the successful completion of complex projects with significant business impact and risk.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Analyze business needs and develop solutions to address gaps and opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Support the development of project and portfolio planning exercises for the organization.
  5. Ensure services are optimized and value-adding processes are in place to support the organization's mission and vision.
Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, financial management, or a related field.
  2. Four (4) years of project management, business analysis, or consulting experience.
  3. Certification in Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMP) would be considered an asset.
  4. The ability to translate complex technical information into plain language.
  5. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
