About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Farmersguide. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR or sales executive role
  • Proven experience in nurturing leads and building relationships with prospects through from initial contact to conversion
  • Passion for making direct outbound calls
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong team player
  • Comfortable and competent with CRMs and other sales tools
  • Agricultural background, or grain trading background is highly desirable
