About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned People & Culture Manager to join our team at Quietly. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving our HR function and setting the tone for our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support our business goals
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Coach and support people leaders on performance management, career development, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with our CEO and COO to create and deliver strategic HR initiatives
  • Administer and provide insights from our bi-annual team member survey
  • Manage our P&C tech stack, including goals management and professional development platforms
  • Work with our senior leadership team to facilitate our annual compensation review cycle
  • Oversee all HR documentation, including our Handbook and Policies
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Support and coordinate our continuous performance program
What We're Looking For
  • An experienced HR Business Partner or Generalist with a proven track record of driving HR functions and setting culture
  • CPHR designation considered an asset or working towards it
  • Experience from a tech/creative company or marketing/PR agency is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of coaching, creating trust, and maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Ability to advocate for the team and challenge senior leadership when required
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000–$95,000 CAD per year, depending on experience. Our headquarters are located in a converted two-storey live-work space in historic Gastown, with a gorgeous rooftop patio.
