Job Summary

DREAM LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods and materials across various routes. You will also be required to plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment and GPS devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer and transport goods and materials across various routes
  • Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions
  • Use computer equipment and GPS devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Valid passport
  • Driver's validity license check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border, extended periods, and overnight
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
