Job Description

In this internship program, you will have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive training followed by a unique program that offers you the chance to share new ideas, foster creative thinking, and add value to our clients.

You will assist account teams with day-to-day client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives while learning about our versatile client base through engaging activities, mock demos, and client interactions.

This role requires a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, a client-centric mindset, and a desire to collaborate across teams to create innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships and work on teams.

A junior in good academic standing (GPA 3.3 and above) with proven track record of learning and using new technology is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in account shadowing to learn about different client-facing teams, client types, and service models
  • Add value to clients by assisting account teams with day-to-day projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives
  • Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals to experience expert phone and on-site consultation services
  • Engage in large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management team
