Job Overview

Rubicon Path is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills to provide comprehensive business analysis services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals. This includes working closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions, delivering insights that drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for multiple projects, addressing diverse business and technological needs across different client groups.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs.
  • Develop and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to promote a consistent business analysis framework across the organization.
  • Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to promote cost-effective service delivery approaches.
  • Collaborate with I&IT management and stakeholders to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that business requirements are fully met.

  • Development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Successful implementation of process improvements that drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
