Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field, ensuring that our customers receive reliable and efficient service. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering results-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the fleet in the field
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
  • Improve measurable success to business targets
  • Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic
  • An appropriate Electromechanical degree or training
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics
  • A good command of English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
  • High energy levels
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments, including extremes in temperature, with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be based in our store in Acheson, Alberta, Canada, and will travel to customer sites within this region. This position is hybrid, as you won't always come into the store every day. With a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, you'll have the opportunity to grow with our company and develop your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
