As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing equipment in the field, supporting our growth strategy as a leader in oil-free air rental business in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the fleet in the field, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations, leveraging your expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines, driving business success and growth.
  • Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic, with a strong background in electromechanical systems.
  • An appropriate Electromechanical degree or training, demonstrating a deep understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of different industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • A good command of English, with a second language knowledge a bonus, facilitating effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • High energy levels, with the ability to work in industrial environments, including extremes in temperature, with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.

Job Location:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be based in our store in Acheson, Alberta, Canada, traveling to customer sites within the region. This position is hybrid, with a mix of in-store and on-site work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
