As a leading property management company in Edmonton, Alberta, we are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team.



Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing condominium properties and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.



Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta ('RECA') with a minimum 2 years experience in managing condominium or HOA properties.


A strong understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential for this role. Yardi Property Management software knowledge is a plus but not required.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensed through RECA
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing condominium or HOA properties
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and negotiating skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Certification in property management is an asset
