Restaurant Operations Manager

A&W is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high food quality, and control costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of over 20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, driving sales growth through effective promotions and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
