We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Operations to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including determining service types and implementing procedures.
  • Cash Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with products and services to optimize profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervision and Experience
  • Supervision: Lead a team of more than 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
