Cloud Applications Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) Cloud Application Consultant/Developer with a focus on building customized solutions that drive efficiencies, margin, and revenue growth while increasing customer satisfaction and deepening strategic corporate customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop cloud-based eDiscovery applications that address the unique requirements of OpenText and its corporate customers, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, project managers, and external teams such as corporate litigation departments, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Develop T-SQL queries and stored procedures to automate specific processes using best practices including logging, rollbacks, version control, and documentation.
- Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations ensuring the delivery of quality work products within established times.
- Identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency and leverage technical skills to create and implement resulting solutions.

- Thorough understanding of relational databases with 3+ years of MS SQL experience required.
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud platform is a plus.
- Preferred experience with C#, Microsoft Technologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
