About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Technical Cloud Operations to join our team at Conga. As a key member of our Cloud Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the health and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, operate, and own overall technical relationships between multiple organizational stakeholders.
  • Provide insight and support into the operations and implementation of new initiatives to continue to drive efficiency.
  • Manage a team of reliability engineers and ensure the health and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and production systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for cloud solutions, migrations, greenfield applications, and cloud-native deployments for medium and large enterprises.
Requirements
  • 12 or more years of experience as an architect or lead engineer, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and/or managing an operations team.
  • Deep expertise and a track record of managing cloud infrastructure solutions on the Azure, AWS, or IBM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing (network infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud delivery models).
  • Ability to design and implement strategic roadmaps for cloud solutions, migrations, greenfield applications, and cloud-native deployments for medium and large enterprises.
