About the Role

The Terminal Manager at Cam Scott, a division of Canada Cartage, is responsible for ensuring the operational performance of the terminal meets the highest standards. This role involves implementing operational policies, objectives, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term financial and mission-critical goals.

This is a customer-facing position that requires strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain excellent relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be able to execute operating plans and tactics to attain financial and operational goals while evaluating and optimizing current and proposed operational systems and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
