Contract Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Durham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of the Common Collection System (CCS) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact with Receiving Facilities and Eligible Community Contractors.
- Create, modify, complete, and file compliance checklists to verify contractual obligations.
- Analyze and reconcile contractor data, submitting invoices accordingly.
- Request, receive, review, and file all compliance documents by contract deadlines.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve contract deficiencies or violations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a centralized filing system for all contract-related documents.
- Provide training and support to Receiving Facility and Eligible Community Contractor staff to ensure contract compliance and data reporting requirements are met.
- Minimum 2 years of operational contract administration experience.
- Proven ability to work remotely at various locations with tight deadlines.
- Project management experience is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, logistics, and waste management service delivery.
- Knowledge of municipal, provincial, and federal legislation.
This is a field-based position, requiring frequent travel within Ontario. The successful candidate must have a valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record. The position reports to the CCS Manager.
