Cleaner and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

At Super Bright cleaning, we are seeking a skilled Cleaner and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or cleaning issues and take corrective action.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they are able to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
