Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Coronation cleaning services ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
