Cleanliness and Maintenance Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Super Bright cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners with their duties as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Previous experience in the field of employment.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
