Cleanliness and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Super Bright cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
