Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences through expert product knowledge and a personalized approach to each customer.
- Serve as a knowledgeable Ambassador for our cutting-edge product, engaging customers authentically to build trust in our brand.
- Utilize your networks to connect with potential customers of legal age and drive traffic to the store.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store traffic while meeting sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Work alongside colleagues to raise brand awareness and represent a business unit launching like a start-up within a leading company.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold the brand's presentation.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and retail, consistently achieving customer service and sales goals.
- 1-2 years of experience in premium retail environments with high customer service expectations.
- A proven track record of exceeding customer service standards in every interaction.
- Exhibit confidence and charisma, along with strong listening abilities.
- A keen eye for merchandising and the presentation of premium products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A natural talent for sales and persuasion.
- Must be of legal smoking age.
