About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Brand Production Director to join our team at Ubisoft. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices, processes, and tools to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our games and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that drive project success.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that all dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are aligned.
    • Manage a centralized team of producers and project managers to support various initiatives and departments across the brand.
    • Develop and maintain processes to manage scope, resource planning, and change management.
    • Own budgets and P&L, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic decision-making.
  • Project Management
    • Act as a service provider for operational, development, brand, and production needs across the organization.
    • Establish operational structures and resource allocation plans for projects.
    • Implement clear decision-making frameworks, roles, and responsibilities across projects.
    • Work with leadership and teams to define deliverables, identify risks, and report project status.
  • Content Development
    • Work with teams to implement best practices, methods, and tools to achieve quality standards, budget, time, and resource goals.
    • Drive special projects aligned with the brand's evolving objectives and requirements.
    • Procure and manage co-development partnerships and external vendors as needed.
    • Centralize learnings and operational intelligence across studios and central teams.
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience as a senior video game producer, production/operations/brand manager, or other relevant position in the multimedia or gaming industry.
  • Experience as a project manager with a proven track record of successfully completing major games/projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of video game development.
  • Influential leadership and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity, innovation, results orientation, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of change management.
