Fencing Instructor Job Description

Vango Toronto Fencing Center is seeking a skilled Fencing Instructor to join our team. As a Fencing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching fencing techniques and strategies to individuals and groups of various skill levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach fencing techniques and strategies to individuals and groups
  • Develop and lead recreational and fitness programs
  • Maintain and repair fencing equipment
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setting:

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week at our private club location.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
