Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Supervisor to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plumbing showroom, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets while growing profit-sharing
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, builders, and architects to grow profitable sales
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and manage assets
  • Enter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases, and maintain proactive communication with customers
  • Build relationships in the community through local marketing efforts and industry events
  • Safeguard and maintain Profit Centre assets
  • Understand and follow all safety regulations

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom sales
  • College or university degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of team management experience
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to build quality relationships with teammates, customers, and key vendors
  • Strong sales skills and ability to lead and coach a sales team
  • Able to interpret financial information and develop strategies for long-term business success

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold in plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms
  • Experience using M3 or Digital Warehouse
