Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

BAAR Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support our IT control assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, UI components, and business rules to support IT control testing.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and solutions.
  • Develop and implement automated control testing using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development, preferably in the GRC/IRM module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification and Automated Test Framework (ATF) Essentials.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and CSS.
  • Expertise with transform maps for loading, manipulating, and maintaining data within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis.
  • Knowledge of IT Risk Management & Security processes.
