Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This is a 6-month contract with possible extensions. The ideal candidate will have experience building APIs and integrating enterprise tools within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with team members to scope and design solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic to ensure seamless integration.
  3. Contribute to developing a QA strategy, including solutions for unit, regression, and acceptance testing.
  4. Collaborate with the platform team to design a code integration/test/deployment pipeline.
  5. Support ServiceNow version upgrades, including installation, testing, and deployment of new applications.
  6. Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements and evaluate alternate solutions to identify the best options.
  7. Create documentation to support sustainable development practices.
  8. Analyze, troubleshoot, and remedy identified system issues.
Requirements
  1. Postgraduate education in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience working with web application technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST.
  3. 3+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation/administrative experience.
  4. Experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform and related technology, including App Creator, Studio, and ES5/ECMAScript.
  5. Strong grounding in fundamentals of web application development, including identity and security.
  6. Experience working with structured data, schema, and databases.
  7. Experience integrating internal and external applications.
  8. Superior attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt to new technologies.
