Job Description

The Head Baker will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders. They will also requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed. Additionally, the Head Baker will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
