Job Summary

The RBC Wealth Management Canada Partnerships team plays a crucial role in fostering cross-functional relationships at RBC to support the development of a holistic wealth management offer for high-net worth individuals and families.

Our goal is to deliver a seamless client experience across our expansive list of partners, working closely with RBC bank partners and internal teams, including Regional & Managing Directors, Investment Advisors & Counsellors, and Associate teams.

This is an 8-month term position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new strategic initiatives with various partners of Wealth Management Canada to drive a holistic wealth management offer.
  • Support Investment Advisors and Counsellors in strengthening partnerships in local markets and providing training on policy and process.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on identified opportunities and strategic initiatives, maintaining a strong network of internal and external partners.
  • Participate in and support the operational activities of a business unit, applying experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work in a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with often changing deadlines.
