About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Senior Underwriter, you will be responsible for providing complete solutions for our commercial mid-market businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with broker partners to assess risks and make informed underwriting decisions
  • Utilize strong technical skills to ensure accurate risk assessments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for less experienced underwriters
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Underwriting experience in property, casualty, and automobile
  • Completed or pursuing CIP designation
  • Strong customer service background
  • Team-first mentality
