About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nanny to join our team at Lili Zeng. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to our children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and games to stimulate their cognitive and motor skills development.
  • Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement a daily routine that promotes the children's physical, emotional, and educational growth.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the children, responding to their needs and concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and professionals to ensure the children receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a nanny or in a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other caregivers.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks related to childcare.
  • First aid and CPR certification required.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
