About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our family team at Cao Family. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Plan and implement engaging activities, games, and outings for our children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Health and Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, maintain a safe and healthy environment, and ensure our children's overall well-being.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Safely transport our children to and from school, appointments, and other activities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the integration of newcomers and refugees, assisting with settlement needs and promoting social and labor market integration.
  • Support for Youth: Engage in initiatives that support youth employment, offering on-the-job training and creating a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, providing cultural competency training and facilitating access to Elders for guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
