About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nanny to join our team at Lili Zeng. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to our children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and games to stimulate their cognitive and motor skills development.
  • Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Assist with laundry, ironing, and other household tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the children, building trust and confidence through positive interactions and role-modeling.
  • Stay up-to-date with the children's schedules, appointments, and activities, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a nanny or in a related childcare role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other caregivers.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
  • First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
